Hi Parents,

We've had to make a few adjustments to the event schedules for home meets on Saturday 7/10 and Saturday 7/24. Please log in to Swimtopia to make sure you are aware of the revised times your swimmers need to be at the pool as well as changes to times for job(s) you are scheduled to work on these dates if applicable.

Host teams dictate the schedule of events held in their pools. Here is the schedule for the away meet on July 17th at Harbor View:

Session 1 Ages 9 & up: 8 a.m. Warm-up, 9 a.m. Meet start

Session 2 Ages 5/6 and 7/8 11:00 a.m. Warm-up, 11:30 a.m. Meet start

Please notice this is the reverse of our schedule at Green Valley. Older swimmers will swim first thing in the morning and younger swimmers will swim later in the morning. 

Harbor View has also asked that GVST provide two timers per lane, rather than the one, therefore we are short of volunteers and need your help. If your child is swimming at Harbor View, please log in to Swimtopia and select an open job. Even if you have already signed up for five jobs this season, we still need everyone's help running this meet.
