Some of my emails get a bit long, so I'm keeping this one short.

• We have 265 RSVPs for Friday's Kickoff Dinner. That means we're cooking 265 burgers. If you want a free burger, you need to RSVP here.
• We have 240 swimmers on the team, but only 136 have been signed in for the Dolphin Classic. If you want your swimmer(s) to swim in this Saturday's meet, you need to check them in here.
