We are looking to place another order of personalized swim caps.  If you are interested in placing an order of personalized swim caps, please complete the google form below.  If there are enough families interested, I will place an order.  We will need you to make the payment with Paula at the Green Valley office prior to placing the order.  Please note that personalized swim caps are $45 for two caps and the order is currently running 4-6 weeks.
