Hi Parents,

We have our first away meet of the season next Saturday (June 3) at the Lake Forest pool. The address is: 24752 Toledo Way, Lake Forest, CA 92630.

This meet will be different from our normal all-day meets because Lake Forest has decided to have a split meets in their pool this season. Here is the schedule they just sent:

Morning Session (9 & above)

• Warmups - 8:00 am
• Volunteer Mtg. - appx. 8:45 am
• First Event - 9:00 am

Afternoon Session (8 & under)

• Warmups - 12:00 pm
• Volunteer Mtg. - appx. 12:15 pm
• First Event - 12:30 pm (or when ready)

This means if you only have swimmers aged 9 and up, you only need to be there in the morning. And, if you only have swimmers aged 8 and under, you only need to be there in the afternoon. However, the switchover depends on when the older swimmers finish. If you only have littles, I suggest arriving at 11am.

VOLUNTEERS: If you are scheduled to work a shift at Lake Forest and you don't have a swimmer in the pool at the same time, email me. You are still responsible for working your shift regardless, but I will try to swap you with someone working the other half of this meet who also wants to trade.
