Hey team,

Quick reminder, the Cocktails and Crafts event this Saturday from 7pm - 9pm, will be held at the Family Clubhouse in Green Valley. The class is $25 per person and that comes with all supplies needed for the class. You are welcome to bring any extra snacks or drinks you feel you may want or need.

The Class: Charcuterie Board Making Class

Teacher: Julie Jensen from Picnicouture

The Charcuterie board class will consist of different techniques and tricks to cutting, designing, and staging your snacks. You will be able to eat or bring home a delicious snack. The board will be a 1/4in wood base with the GVST dolphin scored into it and 1/8in clear acrylic top that is food safe. 

The Cocktail: Cape Codder (Cape Cod)

Teacher: Britnie Thompson

You will learn how to muddle, cut, and pour a wonderful delicious summer drink.

If you are interested, please drop off your payment to Paula or Pam in the Green Valley Association office no later than Thursday, June 8th, 2023. $25 Cash or check (GVST).

Office hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.
