Hi All,

Our home meet tomorrow (5/18) is against Lake Forest. Swimmer check-in begins at 7:30, warm-ups begin at 8:00 and the meet starts at 9:00.

Swimming against another team means for a slightly longer day. Remember to stay hydrated and wear sunscreen. Please be considerate to the visiting team and we suggest arriving a little earlier than last week if you want a spot close to the pool since there will be twice as many ez-ups.

Please remember this is a volunteer run organization. We are all donating our time to help our kids and yours have the best possible swim program. If you're working a job, please be on time (or early) and do your best. If your shift doesn't end on time, please refer to the note above about this team/league being run by volunteers.
