Hi Parents,

Greenbrook swim team is hosting Relay Finals this Saturday (6/22). Relay Finals is an invitational event. Coach Adam has posted the qualifying swimmers near the side gate entrance. Below is some information you will find helpful.

Location: Capistrano Valley High School. The address is 26301 Via Escolar, Mission Viejo, CA 92692.

Arrival: 

• If your child has been invited to compete by Coach Adam, your swimmers should arrive by 7:15 am. 
• Warmups are from 7:30-8:45 am. 
• The meet begins at 9:00 am and will likely end around 2:00 pm.

Volunteering requirement: Families with invited swimmers are required to work volunteer jobs at Relay Finals, even if your swimmer is 15+. These jobs are in addition to the other jobs you work at regular meets. Jobs are on a first come basis, so please select one as soon as possible. If you are unable to work a job at Relay Finals, please pick a job and hire a teen to work it for you. 

Other details/reminders:

• Mandatory Training for 1st & 2nd half timers and lane writers will be held at 8:30 am. Please arrive on time.
• Green Valley will be swimming in lane 4.
• There will be bleacher seating on the deck but please leave chairs, coolers, etc. on the blacktop. Families are encouraged to cheer for their swimmer(s) during race time, and then return to our team area on the blacktop.
• Please keep our team area on the blacktop and bleacher area clean.
• Swimmers will be allowed to swim laps for warm-up/cool-down only. Playing is not allowed in the pool.
• Please be courteous to other families and refrain from children playing on trees or damaging facilities/buildings.
